Staff Qualifications
We employ professional individuals who help to promote the physical, intellectual, social, emotional and cultural well being of each child. Staff members are recruited very carefully to ensure that they have the training and experience required to carry out their respective functions in the center.

Parent Involvement
We greatly value and appreciate any parental involvement in our program. Parents are one of our greatest curriculum resources and are encouraged to share their time and talents in any way possible.

Discipline
Our philosophy around discipline emphasizes positive guidance of children’s behavior aimed at developing children’s self-control while preserving and building their self-esteem. We feel that discipline needs to be a cooperative effort between parents and staff in order for it to be successful. Children learn and benefit the most when discipline techniques used in the home and in the center are consistent.
